With its inimitable strong taste and smell, this runny white cheese with blue and green streaks is made following a traditional method, using milk from the best cows, sheep and goats in the mountains of Asturias. It's left to age in cabins with the optimum levels of humidity and temperature. Highly regarded by sybarites, it's a pleasure for the senses.
