Occelli Cheese

Strong and intense cheese elaborated with raw goat and sheep milk and macerated with malt seeds and whisky. After that it's cured for 12 months. Occelli cheese is unique due to its demanding artisanal elaboration method, which begins by choosing the pastures the sheep and goats will eat.
