Hake

Very fresh and tasty white fish, with firm flesh, that requires a short cooking time. Depending on the way it's fished, it can be de palangre or de bou. Hake is the most consumed fish because it is always delicious: grilled, baked in the oven with potatoes, stewed with clams or fried... And children love it because it's very easy to eat!
